With 1HUB Fashion Buyer Protection, 1HUB Fashion safeguards customers.

All products are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price upon customer request if they do not have an active tracking number by the declared Ship Within section [+1 additional week of lead time] of their respective product descriptions.

All products are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price if they do not match their relevant product description or shown photographs.

A dispute must be filed within three days after the arrival date and must include photo evidence.

All shipments that sustain transit damage are entitled to a complete refund of the product’s purchase price. A dispute must be filed within 10 days of the arrival date and must include photographic proof.

Any claims for lost packages must be supported by tracking data, and the customer must file a claim within 90 days of the original dispatch date. If the package cannot be located within a reasonable period of time, a refund will be given. If the tracking number indicates that the delivery was successful, Lowheads does not provide coverage for packages that might be lost or stolen.

As long as the product and the desired new size are available on Lowheads, orders are eligible for size exchanges. The product being returned must have the original tags and be in “as new” condition.

The cost of $5 return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A size exchange must be requested by the consumer within ten days of the product’s delivery.

The Lowheads Buyer Protection policy covers all size exchanges, and Lowheads will pay the shipping costs for the new size. The transaction will be final if a replacement size is not available or if Lowheads no longer has any stock of the item.

All orders that do not apply to the categories above will be considered Final Sale.
